what area are you talking about. Just curious as I think the public will soon awake from their RE trip.


: I just had a Short Sale prospect call me.

: Prospect purchased a Condo Conversion for $300K in April 05.

: I just ran comps:

: There was one "re-sale" in early '06 for same model at $350K.

: The Condo Conversion builder had many units unsold and recently sold many of the same models for $250K, 245K and $240K.

: Now they are asking $235 for the remaining inventory.

: My prospect was lucky she only paid $300K - what about the poor guy that paid $350K? I hope he wants to stay in the property for a while.
