Another three answers...In Reply to: another 2 questions posted by Royce on May 07, 2002 at 9:57 AM : Ward; : 1) : 2) : Riverside county makes it difficult to ever talk directly with a trustee. Everything about the sales are on an updated recorded line. If a property falls off the sale for some reason, all you hear is 'that trustee sale number is not found;', No reason is ever given. What can you suggest to get in direct contact with a trustee so the property can be properly tracked? : Royce Royce, 1. Yes, you can bid a combination of cash plus checks at a CA trustee’s sale. 2. Call the bene or get the number of the auctioneer the next time you’re at the sales site and get his business card and call him about the sales he had that day. 3. Get the trustee’s “back door” number from the auctioneer. He has it in order to report the sales to the trustee.
