Ward;

1)
Going to a trustee sale in am. If I am outbid by $100, will trustee permit me to bid with cash in my pocket beyond the amount my cashiers checks are for? Or do I absolutely have to have cashiers checks regardless of the bid? In other words, can you pay with cashiers checks and cash?

2)

Riverside county makes it difficult to ever talk directly with a trustee. Everything about the sales are on an updated recorded line. If a property falls off the sale for some reason, all you hear is 'that trustee sale number is not found;', No reason is ever given. What can you suggest to get in direct contact with a trustee so the property can be properly tracked?
