There are even attorneys that will help former owners buy time during the eviction process. I don't really see anything that can be done about them. Just another annoyance, not enough of them to have any real impact on the business. : Whacko's? Do you have anything against someone trying to help another desperate person to not be on the street?? Yes I have something against people trying to "help" someone after a Foreclosure Sale pervert our laws to help someone "deperate not be on the street". Especially when that means screwing over a legitimate Foreclosure Investor. Having been the victim of someone living rent free at my expense for almost 7 months because they were playing this game it hits home personally. Fortunately for me this occurred in a market that was appreciating. These types of actions could really hurt someone in a depreciating market. I'm all for helping the poor and downtrodden. Just not when people won't pay their bills and take unfair advantage of a situation at my expense.
