"Buffett": I'm not saying the original poster didn't overpay for the property, but if you're saying real estate can't significantly increase in value due to such factors as inflation, lower mortgage interest rates, construction material and labor cost increases, supply and demand, etc., you're certainly not the savvy investor you are pretending to be.
