Times have changed?

There are no buyers at this time. There is no sense of urgency. There
is no real need? This is what it was like back in 1995-1999. Real
estate becomes an albatross. People shun buying property. They just don't
get into it.

July, I listed a well maintained property well marketed and I was stunned with not a single phone call. Realtor commissions 2.5%. Property shows like a gem.
This is happening now. Where are buyers? Not a single one out there.

Last year I put a property on MLS at 4.00 PM Friday and started packing to go
away for the weekend. I was confronted by 2 agents with loud knocks on the door at 4.30 PM demanding to see the house . They came in without calling and than came a torrent of buyers over the weekend. Monday morning I opened an escrow with a back up purchase
contract in hand!

Just see what time does....Its the way it will be for next few years. I have been through
this 2 twice and I know it.
