I sold the house next door (because I owned a few houses on that same block) with only one more bedroom, same square footage, etc. and sold for 472k, which shows my point: " You better know what you are doing in this market or you will get burned badly". Fortunatelly I got this property at a very deep discount,and I can still make a decent profit even if I bring the price down to 360k. I knew the market was about to correct, but honestly I didn't think it would be this quickly. Needless to say, every realtor I talk to, tells me that they didn't think it was going to be this fast. ( I am in the inland Empire Area, CA). Think about it. I sold basically the same house for 472k, and I put this other one at 419k just one month after, (less han 10% the price of the other one)with very few curiosity from Buyers. GC
