The bank called and said they will file a NOD on aug 12th. : My parents do not have the money to make up the back payments, or the mortgage payments about 4k a month. : They need help. They investor is not making the payments. : What can I do or we do ? : Title and everything is under my parents name. Christian, Do you have anything in writing (ie contract) that specifically states he/she will be responsible for payments so you could legally take action against this POS? Also, do you happen to have his/her name? Thanks!
