I live in Oregon. I guess I assume that when the AMOUNT
of the trust deed or mortgage LOOKS like it's for an amount
for the main mortgage on the house. For example, a sale with a
minimum bid of say $100,000 (amount of the mortgage outstanding)
with a house market value of $130K to $140K. I have been assuming that
this would in most all cases be the most senior lien on the property
barring back taxes. Is this not a wise approach? The only items that
can be senior to the main mortgage are taxes, correct?

Thanks for your help. Sale is tommorow by the way! I guess I better figure it out quick.
