Things are definately busy in the Short Sale/Loss Mitigation departments, but lender's are not that desparate yet - at least not in SoCal. : Ward? Others? I have seen REOs dumped off into the MLS in Charlotte for 50%FMV. It does still happen in slow markets, and it will happen in CA too if inventory grows too much.
