: Ward, : Also,if in addition to being the active partner if I put in 10% of the cash needed I would get an additional 10% of the profits? : A follow-up question about Greg and Howard's partnership. What was their arrangement like? =•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•= Todd, Yes, just the investor(s) hold the beneficial interest in the title holding trust. If you don’t have any cash in the deal then you’d just be the trustee, with no beneficial interest. Yes, you’d receive investor profits in proportion to your capital contribution. Greg and Howard got into a disagreement over the divvying up of the 50% of profits going to the management’s half, not the investors’ half. And I think it was a disagreement over the proportionate amount of work being done.
