50/50 joint venture

Ward,
You wrote,"Investors want equity and a share of the profits....When we're also part of the investment pool then we also share in the equity and the investor's profits proportionate to our cash int the deal." If I put up no funds then does the passive investor get 100% ownership on title?(beneficial interest)

Also,if in addition to being the active partner if I put in 10% of the cash needed I would get an additional 10% of the profits?

A follow-up question about Greg and Howard's partnership. What was their arrangement like?
