: : Ward,

: : Which service do you recommend to use to find comps in San Diego county?

: ===============

: Sean, we use three comp services locally. One is the Multiple Listing Service, next is 1st American's monthly CD-ROM service, and the last is the quarterly book for San Diego from CMDC (California Marketing Data Co-op).

Ward: How much are the various sources you cite? Do you have a preference between them? And, why subscribe to three? Don't they have the same data?

Gary
