Now that I have it, I think I would like to rent it, but I don't know anything about how to attract tenants on a non major street. The property is next to transportations and freeway access. Are there any other ways than newspapers and putting a sign in the front yard. : Thank You, : Mirela I would definetly do the yard sign, newspapers and perhaps a few signs near the freeway. Call several property management companies and tell them the most you will give them is 90 days to rent it out and whoever rents it out first gets the contract.
