The breakdown of expenses is on a Special Assessment Delinquency Notice that was generated by a large water/sewer bill from the owners after they abandoned their property. : There are a few years worth of unpaid taxes that, to my understanding, will not be wiped out at the trustee sale. A winning bidder at the sale will be responsible for these eventually. : Thanks again for any input.
