Posted by Jeff on February 23, 2002 at 12:48 AM Does anyone know if a junior lien termed "Supplement to Tax Notice, Tax No. xxxx" is wiped out at a trustee sale in the state of Montana? The breakdown of expenses is on a Special Assessment Delinquency Notice that was generated by a large water/sewer bill from the owners after they abandoned their property. There are a few years worth of unpaid taxes that, to my understanding, will not be wiped out at the trustee sale. A winning bidder at the sale will be responsible for these eventually.
