i think its good to have people take more responsibility for their choices

it would have been nice to have the debtor's attorney getting paid in installment payments as a portion of each payment to the bk trustee - that in my opinion would help make the attorneys more repsonsible and tend to create a more realistic and potentially sucessful plan - oh well one step at a time ...


: I tend to believe the new law may create more foreclosures. Debtors will not be able to use Chapter 7 as easily to wipeout credit card bills:
