: Hi, I have recently obtained a condo property at a foreclosure. : p.s. Is there a website in new york where I can get information? =========== R. Jimenez, the 3 Day Notice To Quit that you read about in another posting refers to what is required here in CA, not in NY. So if a NY attorney told you that in NY the notice is 10 days I would be prone to believe that attorney. To get a copy of such a notice I would go to a local law library and ask the reference librarian to show you the appropriate forms book for the notice. Or you might get one from an attorney who specializes in landlord/tenant law, or perhaps a local apartment owners association will give you a copy. Dont overlook local property management companies either. I find the best luck finding web sites by going to the Google search engine. Good luck. P.S. Call that attorney who told you the notice specified 10 days and ask for the code section particular to that notice.
