BANKRUPTCY FORCLOSURE SALE
I HAVE A COMERCIAL PROPERTY THAT WAS SOLD. I WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF SALE. THE LENDER WAS ACTING UNDER RELIEF OF STAY OPTION.IT WAS AUCTIONED OFF.IS THERE STILL A WAY SOMEHOW OF GETTING THE PROPERTY BACK IF I HAVE THE MONEY AND AM ABLE TO PAY OFF THE NOTE. THE PROPERTY IS IN CA. WHAT MIGHT I BE ABLE TO DO? AFTER THE SALE REDEMTION PERIOD? FILE SOME KIND OF MOTION TO APPEAL THE B/K DISMISAL? IF THERE IS A WAY WHAT KIND OF SPECIALIZED ATTORNEY SHOULD I BE LOOKING FOR? ANY THOUGHTS OR RECOMONDATIONS WOULD BE OF GREAT HELP AS IT HAS BEEN 30 DAYS AND I KEEP GOING IN THE WRONG DIRECTION.
