Re: Assignment of Judgment form...In Reply to: Re: Assignment of Judgment form... posted by carolyn on April 07, 2004 at 2:29 PM : Do you know which volume of the California pleadings we could locate the asignment of jdmt?
: : : : TIA : : : ====================== : : : Irwin, : : : No, the Judicial Council doesn’t have a model form for the Assignment of Judgment document, just a suggestion of what it should contain. : : : So you’re left to making one up yourself. You might go to your local law library and ask the reference librarian if she can locate a model in one of their forms books. : : Check out the "judgments" article in California forms of pleading and practice, a multivolume set you will find in the law library. There should be a form there you can follow. I HAVE A FROM I CAN EMAIL TO YOU. ITS A SAMPLE, ACCORDING TO CCP 673. However I need the reverse the Assignment as I need to have someone withdraw.
