Vicky I assumed a 15 yr FHA mortage in Phoenix, AZ. I almost lost my home until I got into a HUD/Forbearance agreement and racked up $20K in suspended or lessened payments. The 15 yr mortage is over in 5 yrs. How or do I sitl have to pay off the $20K?
