: Hello, I just had a quick question on how/who to contact at the IRS to inquire about discounting their lien on a property, particularly if the grantor is unavailable to get information from...anyone have experience or insite on this?

: Thanks in advance for your help, again!

Jeff, the recorded IRS lien has the name of the IRS agent to contact, including their phone number. And the discounting process is called an OFFER IN COMPROMISE.

Hope this helps.
