: what is the best method you have found for preventing tenants from stalling out after the auction. i have heard horror stories about tenants manipulating the system and stalling out in the house for up to 2 years....any advice would be great regarding this....

Donovan, most horror stories are just stories, with little if any substance. Stop worrying about things that happen so rarely that they aren't worth giving a second thought.

I have found, in every case of mine, that any tenants I inherit with a foreclosure are reasonable people who move out without any trouble at all.
