You'll find others there with their laptops. Pre-foreclosures or Complaint in Foreclosures are public knowledge. You'll be able to look up mortgage info as well. I used to do it in Jersey City and there's a new list every week. They are listed in books by date. Also here's a link to a website for New Jersey Preforeclosures that may interest you.
