Todd, I know you know that WA doesn't allow anyone, except the IRS, the Right of Redemption (ROR). So, is this a rhetorical question or are you really interested in doing this in another state?

I'm guessing you'd buy up the ROR in order to get title to the underlying property whereas I think in terms of flipping the ROR to someone else for a quick profit.

Have you given any thought to how much you'd pay for the ROR? Would the ROR's length of time have any bearing?
