: Ward, I guess I'm a little confused here. Can you tell me a scenario where a buyer buys a property and somehow isn't responsible for the payment of one of the liens? Is that what you're saying?

Ron, surely you've heard of taking title to property, subject to its existing liens-wherein the buyer is not personally liable for said liens.
