Hi Dave,

With both of us refusing to reenter the mainstream workforce, it seems unlikely we'll be able to afford the place any time soon. Frankly, it's too large and too suburban for our tastes anyway. We're ready for a bit of "voluntary simplicity"; just wish we had more of the "voluntary" part in this case. *s* We would much prefer to sell, make good on the debt, and get out with enough for a downpayment on a cheapie-cheap place.

Thanks much for your response,
Best - M
