: What means =•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•= Benjamin, here are the words behind the abreviations: NOD = Notice of Default. The first, initial phase of foreclosure in a trustee sale state. F/C = Foreclosure JBB = Junior Bene Buyout. The routine of buying a 2nd deed of trust at a large discount from a scared junior lender in anticipation of being paid off in full by a refinance or resale of the property before the threatened foreclosure of the 1st deed of trust goes all the way to trustee sale.
