section 32 loans

Posted by Brian on October 31, 2001 at 11:23 AM

Ward, thanks for the great information on this site. If I reinstate a loan in default and charge 18% interest, do I have to have all of the Section 32 loan disclosures and TILA/Reg Z disclosures signed by the homeowner? Does this type of loan require a 3 day rescission period? I am new to this and I did a loan without the disclosures. What kind of trouble could the homeowner make for me? Thanks, Brian
