: I like the annonimity of the title holding trusts. Can I assign a trust deed to the title holding trust? Or can they just hold titles?

Clark, a title holding trust can be the beneficiary of a trust deed. For example, any time I carry back a trust deed when I sell property, I always have my Meridian Trust be listed as the beneficiary of that particular trust deed.

Hope this helps.
