: Hi ward =•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•= Chalazion, the technique for buying judgment liens works the same regardless of their size. However it’s much easier buying up the smaller ones (under $5,000), so those are the ones we focus on. Though I don’t what area you’re in, judgment liens work in any area and it’s really wide, wide open. I’ve seen some attempts to merchandise books, etc on the web, but for the most part it’s not taken off at all. I trained a fellow named Lloyd Walters from Dublin, CA about 15 years ago and he taught my techniques to his son, Mark Walters. They have since written their own book on the subject, but still missed the boat in my opinion by going after larger judgments and using a mailer approach rather than my phone approach when trying to do business with the original note holder.
