: Would access to and use of the MLS give one a more accurate result, when looking at comps to determine the value of your subject property, then CMDC? Would it be preferable to use both MLS and CMDC to do your analysis? =•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•= Alfred, we find the use of several databases for comparables (MLS, CMDC, DataQuick, etc) to work best for us. The diverse nature of them ensures that when one comes up dry, one or more of the others will have a good one and vice versa. We use three different sources for comps and suggest to others to do the same.
