Time to cut losses?

1. Calculate the cost of keeping the property until it sells.
2. Substract it from the fair market value of the condo. (Tough to calculate this one, since no unit has sold in the last two years).
3. Offer condo for sale at the new reduced price.
4. Reduce the price even further, if you have to.

Basically, you can always find a buyer for any property, if you have flexibility in setting the price.
