Lynn, title companies aren’t especially suited nor are they inclined to prepare documents for someone who’s not a title or escrow customer. So they’re not the ones to help you with putting your FL property into a living trust or a protective title holding trust.

I trained an attorney from FL in both foreclosure investing and employing the title holding trust. I’m emailing you his name and phone number. Perhaps he can be of assistance.
