Thanks very much for your help thus far. The 1st is having their TTEE sale on Oct 15th. The trustor requested the reinstatement amount the same day we did. It took the TTEE 5 days to get it and we just got it. We are delaying further action in hope that the trustor is about to refinance, saving us from having to reinstatement, and giving us a quicker payoff. : The reinstatement amount is only good until Friday the 12th. If the trustor hasn't acted by the morning of Wednesday the 10th, we plan to then FED EX the trustee a cashier's check, which will arrive on Thursday the 11th, and reinstate.
