In fact, I personally do not own one nickel. ============= Ben, you can tell I was having fun last night too. Glad you were there. As far as trusts go we create individual trusts to hold title to individual properties. Theres no extra expense in creating multiple trusts so we do it to not lump all of our properties together. That way if we get sued on one property its not going to threaten the loss of our other properties since they arent connected together under the same trust. Good luck. Follow Ups:
