: Ward, =•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•= Alfred, whenever you have conflicting sources of information I’d look to the derivation of the info. For example, CMDC info comes from a database assembled by appraisal reports whereas CRR gets their info from a service like DataQuick’s which is derived from the sale of main frame computer data from the county assessor’s office.
