For example, CMDC info comes from a database assembled by appraisal reports whereas CRR gets their info from a service like DataQuick’s which is derived from the sale of main frame computer data from the county assessor’s office. Therefore I would trust the assessor’s information more than the appraiser’s information. Hope this helps.
