Jason, I’ve emailed you our 3 Day Notice in PDF format.

The 3 Day Notice is only good for use with a holdover owner. If the holdover occupant is a tenant then you have to give them a 30 Day Notice to vacate in CA.

And finally Jason, if you ever buy an apartment house or office building with tenants you want to keep I made up a Notice of Change of Ownership that informs each tenant that we are the new owners and they’re to pay their rent to us for now on.
