Re: Raising moneyIn Reply to: Raising money posted by Damon on August 28, 2001 at 6:35 AM : I am looking to buy a foreclosed home in New jersey. I want to do so for investment properties as well but I am currently looking for property for my family to reside in. I have found 2 outstanding deals under 100k worth well over. Both seem to be in very good condition. The problem is I have a month to get the money together and my credit is not good. My question is what is the best way to raise money to buy property before it hits the auction?? ============= Damon, the best way to raise money is the cheapest way. The cheapest way is to find a private party who will lend it to you without points, fees, usurious interest, etc. If I run out of acquaintances or referrals then I run a classified ad in the Mortgages TDs column or the Money Wanted column in our local daily newspaper. Heres the ad: FORECLOSURE EXPERT, 19 yrs exper wants short term 1st @ 10%. CALL (619)-284-5444. Hope this helps.
