Is there a difference in the quantity of information provided that would explain the difference in the monthly charge? : Gary =•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•= Gary, if you have the luxury of choosing between foreclosure notice services and wonder which to take, what I’d do is get samples of each service and compare their content side by side. I’m not too familiar with RealtyTrac, so I’d ask you to check and see if they list all the trust deeds against the title of a particular foreclosure and indicate the relative position of the trust deed being reported on. If knowing the relative priorities of the trust deeds against the title of a property in foreclosure is important to you, and one service reports it and another doesn’t, then that might persuade you one way or the other. Also I’d take into consideration the subscription cost, ease of downloading, timeliness, thoroughness, layout, etc. Hope this helps.
