Re: Multiple parcels under a blanket trust deed.In Reply to: multiple deeds of trust posted by todd-wa on August 21, 2001 at 9:44 PM : Below is from the notes section on my info service. Does it mean when I go to auction on the one loan that I will also be getting the others? : This is a Balloon payment due. NTS also includes DOT in King County under AFN #20000615001678. Properties include: 18711 82nd Ave NE, Bothell, WA; 7848 S 135th St, Seattle, WA & xxx 240th St, Bothell, WA.¶ =•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•= Todd, generally a blanket trust deed, one that’s secured by several different properties, doesn’t begin with one bid that encompasses all the secured properties in one fell swoop. Instead each secured property is sold, one by one, in a procession decided by the trustor. Thus, if the sale amounts of the initial properties auctioned off are large enough to pay off the lien, then the remaining unsold properties don’t have to be sold. Hope this helps.
