: IF YOU ARE A VICTIM OF WMC PREDATORY PRACTICES, WE NEED YOUR STORY. EVEN IF YOU LOST YOUR HOME, RESTITUTION MAY STILL BE AVAILABLE!! E-MAIL:stopforeclosurenow@juno.com THANKS, GUARDIAN

My situation with WMC Mortgage is all to familiar to the others. I was a first time buyer with very little against me on my credit (approx. $436.00)
In dealing with some people who convinced me that my credit was so horrible that the only lender that would touch me was WMC Mortgage. They put me in a loan
with this company with inflated prices, extremely high interest rates and payments
that fluctuated like the wind. I purchased an approx. 50 year old house that had bad plumbing, eletrical problems, raggedy windows, and
a furnace heating system that had been condemned two years prior to my purchase. At the time of purchase false paperwork and documentations were done to get the loan by the (________________)
to obtain the loan. I was led to believe that after six months to a year I would be able to go back in and refinance
I was wrong. I couldn't get anyone one to touch this loan because of the shifty paper work and second lien attachments.
To make a long story short because I can go on and on, I fell ill a missed a lot of time at work causing me to fall behind in my already
extremely high payments, the individuals who had the second lien on the home was continually threatening forclosure (which they had been doing since six months into
the loan. Trying to force me to refinance. Then WMC Mortgage after telling me how they were so willing to work with me forclosed. They offered me a one year deal that doubled my payment and wouldn't remedy the problem in the long run.
I asked if they could stretch it out for 18 months to make it more feasible, or attach it to the end of the loan, and they didn't seem to knopw anything about these variuos options. All
they knew is that they were not going to. I am looking for some help and if you can assist me and direct me to the right people and places
I would much appreciate it. Hard working people struggling to do what's right and
keep a roof over their families head should not have to be victims of such predators.
Help!!!!!!
