In CA only? Im in NJ. Any thng out this way? & what/where do I find NJ specifics on foreclosures? You've replied to me before and will probably hear from me alot in the future. Hope thats ok. Ray : =•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•= : Ray, the public seminars I give are sponsored by a large, regional foreclosure notice service company here in Southern California, called County Records Research. I’ve been giving their foreclosure orientation seminars for the last 12 years or so, about every 5 weeks, the equivalent of 10 times a year. The seminar runs for about 3 hours and I love doing it. : If some foreclosure oriented company in New Jersey wanted me to give the same talk, but oriented to New Jersey’s foreclosure law and practices I’d do it in a New York minute. I’m originally from Syracuse, N.Y. so I’d love to get back to the East Coast once in a while and reminisce about by my boyhood days growing up in an orphanage there, Ha! : In addition to the public speaking I do I conduct my own, one-on-one foreclosure training here in our offices in San Diego, CA. We have trainees come for our 3 Day Hands-On class from anywhere and everywhere in the U.S. Most of them, of course, are from Southern CA. because that’s where I have the greatest exposure. Just about every famous pro out here was trained by me. If you look at our link “Foreclosure Training” it gives a complete list of all the classes I give besides the main 3 day class. : What’s unique about our training is that it’s truly one-on-one (at the most two people if both agree) and taught by a near 20 year, working expert in the business. We’re the only trainer in this business that I know of who has a true “hassle free” money back guarantee and who extends every alumnus free, unlimited after-training contact whether it’s in person, by phone, fax, email, whatever. Where can you call up an acknowledged foreclosure expert and ask some complex foreclosure question about a property, right from the courthouse steps, just minutes before the auction sale takes place? That’s why alumni calls have the highest priority in our office. : We even go so far as to extend every trainee free, unlimited retread training any time they want a refresher. It’s kind of nice I think, that you can come back and get trained all over again for no extra fee, five or ten years after you’ve dropped out of the foreclosure game for some reason. Another thing we do, that’s unheard of, is BEFORE the training we will provide you with a dozen or so names and phone numbers of alumni for you to call and verify the efficacy of our training. : Oops, let me get back on track and give you some specifics for NJ foreclosures. : New Jersey is primarily a mortgage state, though trust deeds are approved. Foreclosures go through a judicial process that takes 3 months if it’s not contested by the borrower. New Jersey has a 10 day Right of Redemption and a deficiency is allowed if the lender doesn’t get entirely paid off as a consequence of the auction sale. :
I remember attending one of your seminars on behalf of Country Records
