What is the biggest mistake you made that either cost you dearly, or worked out in your favor. What was the easy trap you fell into that is obvious to you today. (etc., etc.) We all learn best from other's experience so if people don't mind sharing that would be great. I do not have much to share yet because I am so new. However to date my biggest error was getting the location wrong for a sale. My first sale was set to go last week and I showed up at the wrong court house, right county, but wrong court house. Other than that, nothing specific. Haven't gained any money, haven't lost any money. I will try again next week.
