Is there something I am missing here? : Also, Is there ANY case where the second would not be wiped out by the 1st being sold at auction, other than the rare case where the second is the senior TD? =•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•= Karl, If on the same day the auction of the 2nd occurs before the auction of the 1st then the highest bidder at the 2nd’s sale could reinstate the delinquency on the 1st before the 1st’s sale takes place.
