House was foreclosed on in Jan, right of redemption is up in about a week. The loan was FHA. The mortgage company wont/wouldnt talk to us. My question is will the mort co. send us eviction papers or will HUD after the property is turned over to them. Should we be ready to leave the day after the right of redemption is over? This whole thing really stinks because we can afford this house!!!
