: Ward, : I have a couple of question about filling out the form. : The Delinquent Amounts section has 2 blanks, one for the amounts and one for the date. I understand the amounts part but for the date, should it be the date they sign the contract or the date they will deliver the property. Can you explain this part of the form? : I hope you don’t think these are stupid questions. This is my first pre-foreclosure and I don’t want to make any mistakes. : Best Regards, : P.S. Yes, I do have a need for an Equity Purchase Agreement in Spanish. I’ve talked to a few sellers that only speak Spanish. =•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•= Francisco, Just enter the amount the seller will get for their equity. That’s why it’s called an Equity Purchase Contract. The date to put into the date blank is the date they sign the contract. As far as the Spanish version is concerned, I will have to scan it into my computer in the next day or so. Then I’ll be able to email it to you as a PDF document. Hope this helps. Follow Ups:
