Re: title holding trustIn Reply to: title holding trust posted by gonzalo castro on June 13, 2002 at 6:01 PM : Hi Mr. Ward, according to the "Title holding Trust" link on your web site, both the Title holding Trust and the Land Trust are the same thing. Question: I have been using land Trust in Flordia, and have recently moved to California. When I adquire new properties in california, can I still use the Land Trust forms I am used to, if the "notary page" conforms to California standards? Or do I have to use the Title holding Trust forms? : thanks! Gonzalo, The use of your FL forms here in CA is OK, but you don't need any "notary page". Perhaps that's a FL adaptation. I'd drop the usage of it here in CA for the extra flexibility you get without it. Follow Ups:
