You say you have equity in some rental property, how about being a stand-up guy and selling off the property to pay your debt to the lenders?

I'm curioous, how can you serial BK filers look in the mirror each morning? Buying a $500K house, even if you can't afford it, it doesn't sound like you're in a desperate situation. It just sound like you're a damn free loader who expects everyone else to clean up your selfish mess.

The scary part is you're probably raising your snotty moronic kids to be as lazy, irresponsible, and stupid as you appear to be.

All this is meant to be constructive criticism, even though you clearly are not worth my 742 Fico wisdom.

I hope you choke on your greed and learn to live whithin your meager means, f*ing loser.
