: What is the best way to look up foreclosure law? For some time I've been learning foreclosure law through the school of hard-knocks but it would be GREAT to sit down with a book on the rules of foreclosures and simply know what my rights are as an investor. I know it varies from state to state and I am looking specifically for either a good law library, an online web resource, anything really for the states of Virginia and Maryland.

: Many thanks!
